why are people forced to except debit payments on ebay?and how do you get charged for every purchase after?

for the past two weeks i have been getting charged for every purchase anyone makes.i asked to have my account downgraded to reg. paypal, but last night was asked to accept payment from yet another debit card.what can i do to stop this without jepardizing further sales on ebay?

PayPal always charges a fee to receive money, that's how they make money.
