Never say never....but like YOU said what are the 3 things YOU are certain of in YOUR life? Why don't you add the detail.
There was once a little girl who was abused and neglect by her parents. She got pregnant at age 18 by a man who, though did marry her, would not support her and they had 2 children. She lived in poverty until the kids were in middle school. You see, she went to college while they were toddlers and then got a professional government job, and was more able to support. After the 2 boys grew up, she was still young. She remembered how a female doctor was once kind to her and how she wanted to become a doctor some day. So then she prepared herself and was admitted to medical school.
That's me! A doctor in training now, realizing my fondest dreams. Any one can do it. You too...like I said never say never.

First, why are you certain of these things? You do realize that a mental mindset can affect your reality- they call it self fulfilling prophecy. Say it enough, and you will cause it to be so.
I am certain that I will grow older, that I will not live where I currently do for the rest of my life, and that I will eventually die. The rest of life is always in some degree of flux, as it should be.
