What makes you think she/he hates you? Are you doing what you're supposed to be doing in class? Not goofing around?
If you are doing your part and the teacher is giving you a hard time for no reason, first tell your parents then schedule a date with the principal of the school so you and your folks can let him/her know what's happening. If that doesn't change the teachers attitude, either go to the school board and register a formal complaint or asked to be moved to another teacher. Warning: unprofessional teachers may harass you even more after this!

I doubt the teacher hates. But if he or she does then overwhlem them with participation, complete assignments, kindness and good cheer, because the teacher is probably ill. Let's be certain that the problem is not us.
Remember you are there to learn not become buddies with the teacher.
The final and probably most important option is to set an appointment with the teacher and discuss your concern and if there are some real issues then discuss them.

This all depends. If it is possible, transfer to another class.
Human nature shows that some people's personalities just clash. I know a number of people with this very problem. With my students, I do my very best to remain impartial. I'll remove the names from assignments and then grade them, etc. If your teacher doesn't do something to remain impartial, you are in trouble. I would recommend changing classes.

As a student, I would say, "torment the hell out of them in subtle ways that can't get you into trouble and that don't violate the law." For instance, I always wrote papers on topics that I knew my professor would hate, and spent hours skewering the thoughts of her favorite authors.
As a teacher, I would have to say, "how do you know they hate you? how does your behavior, attitude, and work differ from those students he or she obviously likes? are you bathed and are your clothes clean and teeth brushed when you come to class?"

I've had experience with this, and I just started acting badley, but never enough for any really serious punishment. I also started getting really good grades in my teacher's class, so not only was I being bad, but I was rubbing my grades in his face! It worked.

Grow up - and accept the fact that s/he probably doesn't even think about you when you are not actually in front of them.
Do you really think they care enough to HATE you? They are too busy trying to educate you out of your childish ignorance.

Apologize if it's your fault. A little humility never hurt anyone.
