Can i interact with users on my active directory domain?

I as the admin can access all the computers on the network with remote desktop. But i would like to be able to interact with users desktops for training. can i log on to there desktop to help solve user questions on an active directory domain.

Citrix is another option also. It could also help with maintaining the network in a corporate network if you jsut have a few Citrix servers and have everyone use a client, then you worry only about the servers, not the desktops, and you can also set it to go back to the original cnfig after they log out just in case someone meeses it up. Citrix also provides shadowing. It would require a network overhaul, but always a useful option in a corporate environment.

Not by using RDP in the usual way. As you have probably noticed, the user is logged out when you RDP to a machine.

If you enable Remote Assistance on your users' machines, they can send a Remote Assistance request to you and you then can established a shared session and interact with the user. (Remote Assistance actually uses Netmeeting code, not RDP.)

An alternative would be to install VNC on your users' machines. I'd recommend Ultra VNC http://www.ultravnc.com as it can participate in NT security. Performance over a WAN link can be spotty as its bandwidth requirements are much higher than RDP but it works nicely in a well-connected LAN environment.

i exploit a Small business enterprise Server to try this very ingredient. in case you upload each and all of the clientele to the server then the advert will build someone "abode" folder. that's what i'm assuming you like them to have get admission to to.
