All of the other body parts walked out on contract negotiations when that all went down with prune ... so many years back, uh, I think it was the winter of '79 at the Pittsburgh Conference. Yep, I'm sure. If those @$$3s are complainin' now, tell 'em to take it up with the Grievance Foreman. I've put my foot down on this one.

The outermost layer of skin most readilly soaks up water. The skin of your palms & soles is thicker than elsewhere, and when soaked long enough, will swell like a sponge and buckle up into pruniness. Other places won't prune because the thinner the outermost layer of skin, the less swelling.
