As a law student, I can tell you that from a statistical view, there is no more "black crime" as crimes committed by any other race. It's the media that hype up arrests of African Americans
and a police force that has a mind set of "different must be guilty".

Based on my inexperienced observation, Black people have bitteness in the heart. If someone has something we like, we feel we have the "right to take it" and their life if need to. Its not a healthy lifestyle at all. Unfortunately, another reason is because of poverty. Someone who is born in a certain neighborhood with low income may be more propelled to commit crimes to obtain their justice and peace. One might say:"Yeah, but just because we come from the ghetto should we act it?" My answer is no. I was born in the rough areas and my attitude is not ghetto at all; I credit that fact to my upbringing, my schooling and my relationship with God. With Him all things are possible.

i think its more lifestyle crime than race crime. thers no more black crime than white crime in good areas but if you go to the projects where people have it rough.. yes most are black but at the same time much less good goin for them and it turns into a vicious cycle for them. i believe that if they were white people the probably would act the same with the opportunities they have.

First, the question is 'Why "is" there so much black crime?'
My answer is that many more blacks live in urban inner city environments than other ethnicities and these areas tend to produce a higher criminal element.
Has nothing to do with ethnicity and everything to do with environment.

Black crime, never heard that one. I have heard of white collar crime and blue collar crime.

Regardless of race where education is lacking and unemployment is high there is crime. What about your Enron executives and other white collar criminals who stole people entire retirement and health benefits causing them untold suffering in their old age. Could it be because white collar criminals are white. They are often tied to organized crime and people get physically hurt too.

More blacks are poor, more poor people commit crimes especially petty crimes.
OMG is batter up serious. Go back to the 40s honey where those insults work.

Actually, Black crime- in all aspects, is DOWN.
White crime is up, as is Asian crime.
There are better stats and charts on it than this, but I don't have the time to look for them right now.

because of poor education.. and because it would feed them faster than going to school.. i used to date a black guy in high school and he didn't care about school-- and the worst thing was that he couldn't even put a whole sentence together at the age of 17!!! i am now 23 and just ran into him when i went to Ralphs-- he has been working there for 5 years!

Crime doesn't have a color. If you really pay attention to the world crime is happening in every race equally.
