Yes, it is posible. My fiance has a stomach problem, for which he has to take medication 20-30 minutes prior to the time he would eat. This medication helps him to digest his food. If he does not have the medication he gets sick and cannot eat. He had to go for 2 months with out any food. All he could have was liquids and he did manage to keep down Yogurt. So if you want to lose some belly fat, try a yogurt based diet. Keep lots of liquids!

It is possible to lose fat a little at a time. How much weight do you want to lose? When you lose weight, a little is fat, but a lot of it is water weight, and a little muscle.

You can start losing fat immediately, if you are one the right regimen. Don't believe any of the commercials about fat-burning pills or remedies. There is no remedy except for proper diet and excercise and drinking lots of water. If you start now, you should be able to lose about 15 pounds safely, and part of that will be fat, but it depends on how much you already weigh.
