like what does it does when the melting point goes up and the melting point goes up too does it get hotter and makes bubbles or what?

You mean, when the melting poind and boiling point goes up? It will get hotter, but bubbles is characteristic of boiling. It won't make bubles until you reach the new boiling point (or near it).Just like oil does not makes bublu if it goes above 100 degrees celcius, because it's boiling point is a lot higher.
