Early pregnancy signs?

My doctor is on vacation and Ive had trouble getting pregnant Ive been on provera,clomid,metaformin,and prenatals to get me pregnant. I just recently got a progestrone test and it said I finally ovulated and It said I ovulated 8-9 days ago Im starting to feel different like a mild cramping almost like period cramp everynight can someone tell me if this is a sign Ive also been really tired,backache,breast tenderness, I just need to know if I need to go take a test and when ! Thank you~

Wait 14 days past ovulation to take a home test. Pregnancy symptoms are very similar to PMS symptoms so it's impossible to say what your symptoms are from. Again, if your period doesn't start then test at 14 days past ovulation. Good luck!

2.have a pregnancy test of urine, if u wish, i.e. this is not necessary
3.if the menses are delayed by two weeks, have an ultrasound examination, irrespective of the result of step 2.

if you are close to your preiod, then you may be ready for your cycle. i hope you are pregnant cause it sounds like your really trying but cramps & backache sound like your period. Take a test when it gets closer to time for your period. I hope things go well.
