It depends on the girl if they are comfortable with it or not, but that area is a highly erogenous zone, for both women and men.

As long as it's clean and she's up for it, yes it's ok. Talk to her about it, or you might even try going down on her and just doing it, then see how she reacts. If she doesn't like it, don't do it again.
