Do you think it is rude to use your cell phone while in a restuarant?

no...I do not...I think it's rude to have a loud conversation in a restaurant, but not just having a conversation on a cell phone.

I dont think it is rude if its only for a minute or two. But i hate when people carry out full conversations in a public place. I hate when people argue on their cell phones too!

Depends how loud you are and how long you take. And if you're just sitting there talking about what you're going to do afterwards and who said what to who. I can understand if it's the babysitter calling to ask something. Depends on all the possibilities.
