Lethal Weapon 2 had an intense scene with Glover on the toilet and a bomb attached to it. Another classic scene is in Fast Times at Ridgemont High where the guy gets caught in a "private moment" after watching the girl at the pool. Very funny

When Jack goes into Room 237 and starts making out with the beautiful nude woman who just got out of the tub, only to realize mid-kiss she is actually an old, rotting corpse lady - in The Shining.
The scene in Trainspotting where Renton (Ewan McGregor) physically climbs into the disgustingly foul toilet to retreive his drugs was sick, funny and crazy all at once.

Pulp Fiction. When Bruce Willis' character "Butch" returns home to get his Father's watch and finds that John Travolta's character, "Vincent", is on the crapper. Butch picks up Vince's gun and waits for him to come out of the bathroom. When he does the surprise on Vince's face is awesome. There's a pause...a look from Vince to Butch, then at the gun and then...BAM! Bullets everywhere through Vince and he falls back into the bathtub dead! Quite a scene!

no one sees it, but I believe it's the Naked Gun, where the main character was at a press conference. He had a mic on an went to the bathroom. He had forgotten to turn the mic off...
