Harry Connick, Jr. has a song called "Just Like Me" from the album Star Turtle, but the lyrics aren't exactly the same:

There are other songs out there with similar lyrics, but they're not ballads like this one. Shaggy does one called "Freaky Girl" that has a lyric like that and Amerie does one called "Just Like Me" that is similar.
