It is fixable... but cat scratches are the most difficult repairs to make to leather. I expect that you will pay a pretty penny, and your coat probably won't look the same. But, it is possible. They will fill in your scratches with a compound, heat it with a heat gun, make an imprint on the warmed surface that resembles the grain of your particular leather, and spray the repair with paint. In the phone book, look up vinyl or leather repair. If you can't find someone, visit a local car dealership and ask them who fixes their leather seats. I promise you, they have someone for that! Good luck :)

As long as the coat isn't torn you can hide the marks with good old fashion Kiwi black shoe polish. I have a good set of riding leathers that have gotten marked up a couple times. Also, I use this polish on my entire coat/chaps once a year to clean and condition it. Keeps it soft and looking like new.

See if you can find some shoe polish to match and use that in the scrathes if they didn't go all the way through. Rub it in. I've used it before for that.
As for the little flap, it may be able to be fixed, per the link below

Im sorry but there is no way to fix leather. I used to have a nice leather jacket until some jerk keyed it, now I can't even look at the jacket. Your just going to have to move on. Sorry to give you the bad news.

This may sound wierd, but I would call local leather repair for upholstery, they sell products that fix tears in leathers conditioners ect.

you can get leather polish at a shoe store. find a color that matches your jacket and just rub it on there. it won't fix the scratches really but it will cover them up so you can't notice!
