Your height is the LEAST of your worries. Get the fat off your body! There is no reason a 14 year old should weigh 220 lbs. Girls stop growing before boys. Around 16-18. And I doubt you will be anything close to 6' tall.
Please don't think "Oh, I don't need to lose weight, I'll just hope I get taller."
You need to lose about 100 lbs.

Is dependent. Many stop growing by way of the age of 16 or so. But some girls will grow into their early 20s. It varies generally. It's particularly likely that she will be within an inch or so of her mom's top, however you can under no circumstances tell. At this point, i might be amazed in case your daughter grew taller than 5 ft three inches, and that would even be an extended shot.

it depends. my mom's a nurse---she's also been in the ER room before that. so she's explained this kind of stuff to me. have you started your period yet? if you have, then, maybe after half a yr to a yr, you'll stop growing. i got my period when i was 12. i was 5 ft 4 in. over the next year, i grew a half inch. now i'm 5 ft 4 and 1/2 in. i've stopped growing totally. i'm 19 yrs old. when you start your period, you typically stop growing, a few months to yr later. but until your period starts, you'll grow however many inches your body wants. it all depends on your body. if you shoot up like a weed, until your period comes, so be it. the latest a girl will get her period, is 16---i'm very sure about that.

Almost all young women stop growing upwards approx. 2 years after the onset of menses. I would have you begin a program of exercise and healthy eating at this time. You are facing a lifetime of unhealthy and painful consequences if you keep this weight or continue to gain weight. Do yourself and you future family a favor by committing to a healthful life.
