Well it kinda depends on who is going to be in concert with them..... I went and the actual Fall Out Boy part of the concert wasn't bad but...... The All American Rejects had some questionable statements that wouldn't be appropriate for a 13 year old. Then again it really depends on the 13 yr old....how mature are they?? and how likely are they to repeat what they hear??
All in all I think that the concert was good and I would have loved to have gone at 13.

Of course, most of their fans are young girls anyway, it's only pop music, nothing offensive there. To quote a guy from The Killers, "All those bands, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, they [are] only influenced by each other and Blink 182. How can that be a good thing?" Hehehe, i have to agree !
