Hmmm.. My advice for you in answering this is to check the national birth data entries for the US, Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, and any other country where Megan is a common name.
I wouldn't think too many people in other countries (besides the 5 listed above) would be named Megan.
Once you counted the Megans in each of those 5 countries, I'd say you have a fairly good estimate of how many Megans are currently in the world.
