i would get him an xbox 360 with "gears of war".. that's what i got my boyfriend for this year's christmas-- gave it him early-- and he loves it! he plays it everyday!
or.. order a big picture of his favorite car and put it in his living room...
or.. better chair for his computer..
or.. surround speakers for his computer because it would make the pc games more real and he would feel like he's in the game..
or.. a nice three day vacation away from the city..

Get him a tree stand, set it up in the back yard when he's at work and take a picture in it in your lingerie or leather teddy. Then don't bother wrapping the treestand but give him a card with the photo in it. If he's smart he'll ask which is the gift.
