Should be a small hole under the disc tray. Use a pen or pencil or anything small to fit into that hole, and the disc tray should open.

The optical drive will have a teeny tiny hole on the face of the drive, take a paper clip, unbend it to fashion a tool that you can insert into that hole. You may have to feel around a bit to find the tray release latch, depress it and the tray will partially open. You can then ease the tray out the rest of the way and remove the disk.

Look for a small round hole in the front cover of the drive - if you find one (not always there) stick a bent paper clip straight into the hole - it will unlock and pop the drawer out enough for you to get it open with your fingers.
If not, take the cover off of your PC and see if you can get the power to come on without the button (usually there is a small button behind the bigger button you press on the outside of the case.) Then your PC will come on and you can do whatever you like.
Finally, there is the matter of shorting out a couple of pins on the power supply which will force it to come on even if its not connected to a motherboard, but I am not going to say which ones... (Liability what it is and all. Search the web if you want to do this.)
Good luck!

There should be a tiny hole on the front of the CD/DVD drive...unfold a paperclip, or use a pin, something longish that will fit in the hole, press it in and the tray will pop out. Situations like yours is what the little hole is designed for.

There should be a small hole on the front of your CD drive (that was what you were referring to, right?). Poke something in there and it should release the tray.
