A female cop arrested me for indecent exposure last week and started reading me my rights.
As she sated, "Anything you say will be held against you..." I shouted, "BOOBS" and went in for a hug but to no avail it didn't work!
She even charged me for assault!
Sop you see - cops can't be trusted! Dirty liars!

This says it all:
"Anything you say will be held against you..."
Anytime they pull you over or interact with you on the job (outside of an emergency such as a fire or accident etc) you should assume they suspect you of breaking the law.
When they suspect you of breaking a law than obviously anything you say, even if you think it's harmless, is not going to be used in your interest.
They also have the legal right to mislead you, so when they say things like "If you let me search you I will not have to arrest you".. etc, it's just a lie to let them find reasons to arrest you.
So, basically, if you are being questioned you should pretty much say nothing. If you do say anything it should only be in the lines of "I will not answer questions without my lawyer" and "Do you have a search warrant?"
And no I have never committed any crimes :).. I just know the laws and know my rights, and you should too.

Some can and some can't. But, you were being disrespectful by doing what you did, so you deserved the assualt charge. If you even put your hands on someone or say you are, you can be charged with assault. You were being dumb and not thinking.

90% of cops are good and should be trusted and RESPECTED! If you run when he yells "Freeze or I'll shoot!", then your dumb@$$ deserves to get beatdown or shot. And, snitches aren't b!tches, criminals are!!!
