a gpa of 3.0 represents an average of a B,,,,, anytime you get a lower grade, it pulls it down,,,, the only thing you can do to maintain or attain a 3.0 is to get that, in all your classes or else get enough 4.0's to bring the lower ones up

The short answer is to be consistant in your studying--have an organized plan to get the work done and then follow it every day.

You may need to learn how to do this--but your teachers can help you do this and/or point you to resources to help you develop better study skills. But you can start by find some of these resources online. To make sure you are getting good advice, make sure the online resource is run by a bona-fide professional educator or organization.

One thing to remember. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for sitting down and putting the time studying. Good luck!

Do your homework everyday and if you don't have any homework for a particular class then just review or study for the next days lecture. Have a goal of getting a 4.0 and write it on a piece of paper and put it on your wall so you can see it everyday...good motivation!

oh yeah...could i get some pics of Kristin from Two-A-Days too?

Do the work assigned correctly and on time. And STUDY!!!A 3.0 in a B average. Which isn't overly fantastic to begin with, it's average....which is fine. But if your killing yourself to maintain average you need to rethink your study/work habits and fine tune them, so you are either skating alone being average, or killing yourself to be above par.

well get all B's obviously but if there is one course where you know you will get a C then you have to pull an A in another class. It's just a matter of balance for most of us!!

Target higher GPA say 3.5 or 3.2 ... you might end up 3.0.

Think higher, try harder, you will achieve what you desire
