Hey! These answers won't work- but thanks. REMEMBER- she can't put chemicals on her face because of Rosicia!!! She can't go back to the salon and have it "fixed" becuase they would use chemicals. She didn't even know the lady was going to do it- she was leaned back in the sink waiting for the neautralizer to work, before she knew it, the hairdresser had done her eyebrows.

Take a clean toothbrush and dip it into hydrogen peroxide and brush is on to her brows. You may have to do a few times to get the desired shade but the peroxide should be very gentle on her skin.

I have sensitive skin and very dark hair. When I put chunky blonde highlights into my hair, I used peroxide to lighten my brows slightly and had no problems with irritation.

Try an eyeshadow two or three shades lighter than the eyebrows -- dust lightly with an eyebrow brush (the thing on the other side of the eyelash brush usually.)

You could try non permanent (non allergenic) pencil for hair colouring after you tested it on a small hidden area and your Mom is fine. Apply on brow tips only with a Q-tips. Good luck!

When she puts on her makeup she needs to put her powder on her eyebrows as well. It will help a little. You might experiment with a white eyeliner and see if that helps.

I would say just shave them off and redraw them until her original colored hair grows back...OR, just lighten them every days with a little bit of foundation powder until the dye fades
