they always tell you to come back in two weeks, but at times when its two weeks you might not need one and at other times you might need a fill sooner than that. so really it just depends on you, like when you see that your nails have started to grow out too much and it looks as though you need a fill.

about a week at the least you have o make sure they are glued on totally before you do anything, or about as long as you can stand not to file them
