Here's a few:

All my (our) love, here's wishing you a joyous Christmas and a beautiful New Year!

Warm(est) wishes for a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Wishing you peace, health and happiness.

In the true spirit of Christmas, wishing you peace and joy, now and in the coming year.

All my(our) wishes for a joyful Christmas and a peaceful new year.

You can also take lines or adapt lines from your favorite Christmas songs like just a simple "Peace on Earth, Good will toward Men" or just "All is calm, all is bright" and then adding 'Wishing you a calm and bright new year'. (We have a beautiful hand painted sign above our front door that reads "all is calm, all is bright" - I put it up one christmas but it's such a beautiful sentiment I couldn't take it down, so it's been up ever since greeting people when they come to our home - it doesn't look particulary Christmassy, so I'm pretty sure people don't think we just forgot to take it down :). Or "Wishing "love and joy come to you" and those around you. Y!Search or Google "Christmas songs" to get tons of pages of lyrics to inspire you.

I put a link to the hallmark page, it gives tips and etiquette on sending Christmas cards. How to address them to special people and what to do in specific instances. It was a fairly interesting and fast read.

Good luck.

Poetry is good, thiink of one that may be more suitable to the person. It is more personal than just the writing that is already in the card.
