If you are a recent divorcee, be careful that you aren't just enjoying the attention, or that you are in a vulnerable position because of a recent divorce. Otherwise--live in the moment, live like everyday is the last one and enjoy the ride!!!

if he makes her feel empty without him. if he gives her just the right amount of attention, and USUALLY HAS A GOOD JOB AND IS A CLEAN PERSON, if the man has good intuition about what she likes and dislikes which can be almost the equivalent to making predictions, if your clever enough and pay attention to her and not looking at other girls that pass by. you'll be standing strong in her eye's. and one more thing if you are good at taking care of her even when she's sick thats another bonus

Maybe, he knows she the one for him and ready to make that commitment with her. He wants to be the one who stop all of her pain and be the one who put that gleam back in her eyes. It's a beautiful thing to find the right person for you and you pray to GOD they feel the same way you do.
Also, he sound like the type guy who always been in love with her while she was married. It's his turn now to make her happy.

im iin a similar situation. no divorce yet though. hes fighting it. shes crazy about me cause her x and i are total opposites. i make her happy being exactly what hes not. she married him for the wrong reasons.. and knew it two years into it. now 5 years later she couldnt take it anymore.. now shes happy except for the whole court thing
