I brought a xbox 360 3 months ago its excellent.but should i of waited for the wii to come out.(but am i right in thinking that the wii and the xbox 360 are diferent as the xbox is for better variaty of games and better graphics and the wii is just for more active fun and interactivity)also i heard they are recalling the wii hand straps and remotes or something because they were flying off into tv sets and other things.

yes of course the xbox 360s are not very well made and dont ever work half of the time

buy the 360, it may cost an extra hundred bucks, but its definately worth it. If you're older say past your teens than you definately want to get the 360 because the games are made for players of all ages while the Wii games will most likely be for younger kids like the gamecube was. The 360 has better graphics and you can play online with your friends. And as you mentioned the Wii has been having problems with the straps so you may want to consider your wellbeing. No I think you did what you should have done. The Wii while cool looking is still a new system. You might need to wait awhile longer to see if any more problems come up with them. Just think you could of been a person that the strap broke on and hit your T.V and other things.

no, most people like myself will probably buy two consoles, a wii and either a 360 or PS3. U have ur 360 n PS3 for ur shooters etc. and a wii for totally new kinda games! so no i dont think u shud av waited but i wud advise 2 get a wii aswell as ur 360!

ThXbox 360 is way way better!!! So good choice! also the recall will set nintendo far back on production so the wii will be about 500% harder to get!!! I hope that helps:-)

I can't tell you what to choose if you got the xbox360 go on and enjoy the xbox360. you can't really compare hanheld to controller.The wii has graphics but, it can break a sweat off of you at times at times
but still it is you're choice.xbox, you already thought you knew about it but, xbox is a good system it has games like Gears of War,Halo 3,Splinter Cell:Double Agent, you choose

Wait for the Weak system?!?!?! Yeah, maybe if you're 9. The Weak would be equivalent to maybe a PS1.5. Have you seen the graphics, please!? The XBox 360 is a nice system, but doesn't come close to the PS3!

the wii is really fun and that whole flying into tv sets and stuff is only because people aren't putting on their wrist straps. you can still get a wii, all you have to do is go to http://www.doiop.com/wiii and just put in your email address to get it. thats how i got mine.
