Many of the rides have a seat in the very front that doesn't move so you can still go on you just won't experience the jerking motions, my advice is just ask the ride operator at each ride if that particular ride has the stationary seating, also there are many shops and theaters there where you can browse the items or see the shows along with penny arcades and such. Good luck and enjoy, oh and congratulations too.

There are many rides you CAN ride at the Magic Kingdom. They post signs on rides where it is unsafe for a pregnant woman to ride. If you are unsure about a ride though I would ask an attendant. Other then that have a blast!

I was pregnant during the summer last year and I didn't know it. We went to an amusement park in Bowling Green (the city beside me). The next day, I woke up and I couldn't stop bleeding. It was blood clots and all that. I went to the doc. and they said that I had a miscarriage. You aren't supposed to ride any amusement park rides. It says it on the side of the ride. If you go, talk to each person over the ride and ask them. There may be rides that you can ride. Good Luck with the baby and Congrads.

Magic Kingdom is mostly really really tame rides you'll be ok on. There are 3 or 4 that have safety warnings about pregnancy, so stay off those, but if they don't have a warning you're fine. I went 7 months pregnant and everything was fine.

My doctor gave me a list a six weeks along of activities I could no longer do. Among them were ALL carnival and amusement rides. She said even simple rides can change your blood pressure and cause damage. Most rides even have it in the rules charts (usually located by the enterance) that says pregnant women should not ride.
Bad story.....my friend's little sister ignored all the instructions and rode roller coasters, water slides, go carts and such all day. She miscarried at 8 weeks about 4 days later. The doctor never said for sure, but not worth it to me.

Check the signs at the park. The rides that aren't safe will say so. I went while pregnant and couldn't ride much of anything. Be sure to wear your most comfortable shoes, because your feet will probably swell and don't attempt to wait in the really long lines with the rest of your party. All that standing in one place will be overwhelming and uncomfortable. Go find a pretty spot to sit and people watch. Have fun and congratulations!

All the rides will tell you that it's not safe if you are pregnant or have a heart condition. It's best to stay off the rides altogether. It's not any fun, but at least you and your baby will be safe. I had to suffer through Busch Gardens this summer... But I ate really good food! LOL!!

Your pregnant.. Play it safe and stay off all rides. Its not worth taking any chances that you could be bumped around on a ride. You will have plenty of time for rides after the baby is born. Good Luck to you.

They usually have signs warning pregnant women to stay off certain rides, but you should avoid any roller coasters or rides that jerk around, turn you upside down etc... but you could still safely go on some of the very gentle rides.

i would stay off. i wanted to go to amusement parks sooooo bad when i was pregnant, but i stayed away.
i would definitely stay away from roller coasters and the teacups. i'm sure you could do stuff like "it's a small world" or "pirates of the carribean."
i just wouldn't do anything that's really jerking or roller coaster-y. something that you just ride through should be o.k. though. also, look for signs. most rides will have signs that you shouldn't ride if you are pregnant, heart conditions, etc....
have fun and take care!!!!
