I think the problem is is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

What do you think "stupidity" is? Most think it's someone not doing what they would have done, or the functional level of someone who lacks intelligence. Not so.
Low IQ is not stupid. Such people often function at the upper end of their capacity- and do better than many who are far better equipped. Stupidity is more the act of people who may be intelligent, but refuse to think critically and effectively.
The fact is- we are the only species that interferes with natural selection. We breed cattle, dogs and horses with great attention to genetic characteristics to improve the characteristics and performance of them. But we breed as humans with total disregard for those same considerations. Then we drain the productive people, to subsidize those who aren't willing to be productive- except for raising children with the same characteristics. If you were raising horses that way, you would be seen as an idiot bent on destruction of your own herd.
So the question really is- who is stupid, and whose stupidity is causing the problems?
There are those who can't make sensible decisions about everyday life and act stupidly. Then, there are those who make the rules and traditions that subsidize the expanding population of people who won't be responsible for themselves. Take your choice...

See according to my opinion
1) Self disipline is no more with the humans.
2) Human rights are no more
3) Not even a single man is not taking any responsible to develop the country , (No need to develop atleast concentrate)
4) No helping tendency between the peoples,
5) No body have confidence in fighting against the rights
6) No one is taken care of the environment.,
like this iam having lot of points, u can deny these points by evidencing lot of good things happend., but it is upto certain level only.,

the biggest problem is my opinion is simialar to your stupidity comment and that is the lack of responsiblility taken by people. i think most of this comes from parents babying the kids too much. i grew up on a farm and WORK came first. you got in trouble you did WORK,
it was a long time ago but when the guy/gal sued McDonalds after spilling hot coffee and burning theirself was bulshit, duh coffe is hot. how bout the lawsuits against gun makes, come on, my father taught me gun safty and at the ages of 2 and 3 my kids are learning it to. if i get shot its the shooters fault not the gunmaker
Parents teach your kids responsabilities, work ethics, manners, morals, and if they don't listen tan their hide. now there is another bulshit law. no spanking your children - ok you don't need to beat them but a slap on the *** goes a long ways. my father spanked me once as a young kid and from there on all it took was the look and i knew i better listen
