Absolutely. Why is this even an issue? They are every bit as American as the rest of us. Lay off.

Wow... Did people take their stupid question asking pills today? And I think I'm going to award this particular question 1st prize. (Keep watching... someone else may come along and ask a stupider question, but I highly doubt it.)

With that out of the way, I will answer your stupid question.

I don't look at a persons skin color or whether they are male or female. I look at their convictions and how strong they are in those convictions. Then I look to see how closely those convictions match the convictions I have and if those convictions would be good for our country.

If Hilary Clinton hadn't been so adamant about wanting to socialize are health care system when she was the first lady, I might be able to see her as a good president.

I feel Barack Obama needs to have more time in the Senate before even considering running for president.

I love Colin Powell. I think he would be a fantastic president.

I also love Elizabeth Dole and I feel she would be a good president.

And last but definitely not least: Condoleeza Rice. She has shown me she has strength of character and conviction, so in my eyes would make a wonderful president.

What do you mean "let?" If a black person was elected, they would be president. It isn't like you have a say in the matter. It is up to the electoral college to decide who becomes president.

yea i ought to agree. i think of that peoples reactions could be thoroughly diverse if Hilary became a white guy and Obama became a white guy, its in simple terms made it extra of an argument by using fact neither a woman or a black guy have run for the whitehouse, I even nonetheless think of that invoice and Hillary are one and the comparable guy or woman, they are married, invoice was president so it particularly is going to be the comparable as though invoice became president back. i think having Obama Barrack as president would be sooo lots extra useful, he's an clever black guy who ought to alter the united statesthoroughly. he will certainly be enjoyed and cheered on by making use of me! I in simple terms think of that Hillary is making use of the "i'm a woman" capacity too lots, while Obama has made it a element that it is not approximately race yet approximately who can symbolize u.s. the terrific? in spite of everything the undesirable exposure i discover Obama would be terrific. while Hilary must be worse than any guy by using fact she'll continually would desire to tutor herself to be worth.

This should not even be a question. It is not the color of skin that determines someone's capability.

Unless someone/everyone makes a decision to stop this nonesense, it will go on. It was only a hundred and fifty years ago that Norwegians and Swedes wouldn't even attend the same church. They each built their own.

Grow up and consider that you are no better than anyone else of any other race. The decisions you make in life have nothing to do with your race.

We shouldn't "let" anyone become president. We should freely "choose" our president. That said, we should strongly consider the African American(s) and woman (women) who may in fact be the currently best qualified potential candidates for President.

We shouldn't "let" a black person be president, but he or she earned the vote, then yes, don't really care about a person's race. As long as we share the same values, sure that person's got my vote.

Should we still let white people be president?

That's about as ridiculous as this question.

I think we should "let" whoever is the best candidate for the job become president, regardless of their color or sex.

Constitutionally they can not be stopped. The sooner the white population gets over this prejudice the better it is. It is bound to happen sooner than later, with so much mixing of races that is taking place due to inter-racial, inter religious weddings that are on the upswing.
