Not at all. Sometimes you just have to lash out against the world to make you a bit more whole. Being nice is good, but lashing out also lets people know that you will not be taken advantage of.

Not really. I've seen first hand people who try to be nice all the time, and end up having serious anger explosions later on, because they just keep everything bottled up inside. Not only is a regular emotional outburst healthy, man, it can feel really good when you're upset about something! Let it out!

You should only be your self all the time. Do not try to be nice or mean because trying to be a way that is against your nature will lead to problems down the road... to thy own self be true.

YES! Someone being nice his/her entire life would probably help the person to live a longer life!

In my experience, it's not healthy for me. I get stepped upon, etc. Sometimes I just have to rip someone a new one..

It's not normal. I have a co-worker who is nice all the time.. but I think she smokes crack at night

No that causes ulcers,heart attacks, strokes and all kinds of stuff.

It is normal to get angry or frustrated sometimes, you can't hold that negativity in, it'll find it's way out.

i think everybody should at least be polite, but its natural to be mean sometimes. i wonder what would happen if everybody were nice all the time? imagine if you got cutoff in traffic and you didn't get mad? interesting...

Nope. I think that only leads to an eruption of emotions later of down the road. It still hurts to be mean and rude, however.
