7X - 7 = 5X + 2/3
7X - 7 2/3 = 5X
2X = 7 2/3 = 23/3 = 46/6

it depends on whether the 7x - 5 - 4 is the numerator of the fraction with a denominator of 2 or not and if 5x + 2 is the numerator of the fraction with a denominator or 3..... use parenthesis to help with this.
