wat does it mean when task managr tells u dat 'windows has blocked some features on internet explorer, please contact ur administrator to unblock them'. and how does it afffect the way i browse the web.

It means that adware, spyware and virii might have a harder time installing. Why is it blocked? Do you have administrative access to this PC? If you don't, the blocks might be there for a reason.

It may be trojan or virus.
Also if you are not logged in with admin rights, Windows wont allow you to stop some process.
