i need help on this essay...about gothic liteature stories comparing two. i havent been able to do i as i have ben rather ick i am trying to compare the red room and the tell tale heart. can anyone help me by starting me off, giving me tips in what to write on each paragraphs some simialrites differences anything just please help me

I haven't read the Red Room, but I have read The Tell Tale Heart. The Tell Tell Heart has a couple of things that should be mentioned: the build-up of tension and fear; the use of color and sound; how the buildings and archictecture were used in the story.

Goths were a tribe of people from Germany.
they fought the armies of the Roman empire.
they settled ion the west coast of France.
they left archetectural wonders all over Europe.
Dracula was a fictional character which came out their culture.
Get into the mind of this people, try to understand how they think.
otherwise give-up and try American Pop culture or whatever you are fimiliar with.
Ask yourself... 'what do I know about their mind set? and build a story from it.
