i am a dentisy student and i have takikardy and sometimes i cannot sleep,what should i do?

4 Things that will help you (some easier than others). If you do them today you will be anxiety free in 5 days:

1. Avoid Caffeine and alcohol
2. Do not eat 2-3 hours before bed
3. Write down your problems/tasks in a list before bed, with suggest resolutions
4. Listen to headphones while you are trying to sleep (no metallica)

There are many ways to beat anxiety without medication, but the theme is to realize that things are good, and there are WAY more things in life to be happy about than sad about. You just gotta find them.

there are tons of over the counter stress reliever meds you can try, check gnc they have some good ones.....

when u feel anxiety and stress then start long breathing ..........it will really work .......... coz it worked with me.
