Bran Flakes is the correct answer ,the ad with Ross Kemp in was fruit and fibre and was nothing like "tasty tasty" etc.

Well I said the same thing, I personally think that is is Frosties, but my partner says that it is something to do with fruitful, an advert with Ross Kemp in it. Lets see if someone else knows for sure. Well thank you every one, that was really annoying us. Old enough to remember it, however I was only 6 when that came out, so I am excused.
