This is not going to happen, but lets say that Hillary runs with Bill as her VP, She gets impeached and kicked out of office or something in a month, and well, Bill is the president again. So, perfectly legal, an ex-president that has served 2 terms can not run for presidency, but he can run for VP, and can become president if something happens to the president. So for fun, do you think congress should refine the laws a bit more?

Try to keep the answers relevant to the laws and the ways around it, remember this is a scenerio, not really after views on Bill. Hey, Dubya could do this also by running as a VP and having cheney accidently shoot the next pres haha.
