This is not going to happen, but lets say that Hillary runs with Bill as her VP, She gets impeached and kicked out of office or something in a month, and well, Bill is the president again. So, perfectly legal, an ex-president that has served 2 terms can not run for presidency, but he can run for VP, and can become president if something happens to the president. So for fun, do you think congress should refine the laws a bit more?

no i think the law is dumb to begin with. If america wants to vote for someone for 4 terms as they did for FDR then so be it. as long as its leagl i dont see what the big deal is about serving more than 2 terms

No one voted him for that. They voted "twice" because he did care about America.
he just got caught doing what every one in Washington and every city says "they would never do" but surely wish the opportunity present it self.
heck they used to "stack" the availables in every hotel Kennedy stayed at; when Jacky was at home baking cookies.
