recite after me:
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

First, understand that it does do harm. If it wasn't causing any harm, you wouldn't be talking about this. It probably does annoy you a little bit, but it doesn't matter if it is a lot or a little. Tell this person how you feel. You have a voice and it deserves to be heard. No one will know how something makes you feel unless you say it. Tell this person that you don't like it and you would appreciate it if they would try to not annoy you. Be specific! Whatever this person does to annoy you, tell them.

You,ve probably considered every answer given, and decided the best answer is the one, you initially arrived at. But! is this the right solution, to a not very difficult situation? Try this for a conclusion to the problem: "Like ,em". Get to like ,em. Watch them be confused, at first! Watch them apply what will be their last attempt at antagonism towards you! But now you must apply great bravery, that bravery you never beleived you had. Take their last antagonistic remark/action, and if it was delivered in public, with that same public awaiting your reaction. Openly declare. "That why I like x so much". If you do this just right,"everyone", will be confused. But later in private, with only you and x, together, x will declare, sheepishly, "I like you, you,re ok". Give x thanks, and enjoy your private little smile.

if someone annoys me, i move away from them and try not to have any eye contact with them...i say nothing...if they carry on annoying me deliberately i tell them to f off out of my face...theres no other way of getting thru to an annoying person and that's the only thing they understand...

Just let it be, you could try and ask if they would want to stop, if they don't, just let it be. With people like that, you should just sit it out, or be as annoying as there are!

Good luck.
