can u turn a ultra ball into a master ball? i know how to make multiple master balls but i heard that you can transform an ultra ball into a master ball.

by pressing down and up when the ball is in the air you'll make the ultra ball into a master ball

You can't. You can get special balls made by Kurt in Azela town though...
Masterballs can only be obtained as a reward for saving the radio station and if you're very lucky and win the trainer lottery at the station.
