The Palestinian security forces, which are in fact the Palestinian army is controlled by the Fatah. The soldiers in those security forces are Fatah's men. There are few _tens of thousands_ of armed soldiers there.
Hamas on the other hand does not have more than few _thousands_ of armed men.
The Hamas has no chance to get control in Judea and Samaria.
In the Gaza strip the match is more balanced. This is because of the fact that Hamas enjoys the support of most of the population in the Gaza strip, and the fact that Hamas' forces are more organized there.
Financially, as far as I know, it depends on how much donations each side can raise. Hamas gets money from Iran. Fatach could get donations from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or maybe even from the EU, or US.

The russian/Arab backed Hamas vs. what will be the American backed Fatah! How funny is that. The lesser of two terrorists. None will win. We all will become infadels and we will be the losers. Hamas has greater assets as the former leader of Fatah, Yassir, stole millions from Fatah.
What a great group.

The children will not win. The Wives, Mothers, Daughters and Sisters will not win. Only the men will win because they do not care about each other or their women and children. Not respect.
But to answer your question... Hamas. Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the others do not care about the Palestinians. Israel does and they do not know it. Poor Israel and poor Lebanon. Why can't the rest of the Arab world leave them alone. Why can't Palestine just assimilate themselves into the other the countries? That would be best for everyone. The Palestinian tribe done. Tribal living is over.

Of course Fatah will win, and I agree with all people who say this.
Because U.S doesn't want Hamas, no one likes Hamas and it's called a terrorist organization. So, Israel will support Fatah financially & militarily against Hamas and the U.S will do so.

Brother is fighting brother and it will be a devastating civil war. Neither will win. No one seems to want to hear what the Bible has to say, but God says He will turn the sword against each other within the same group. In other words, two privates in the same army will turn against each other. Hamas and Fatah are kissing kin. This is history repeating itself in Bible terms.

Fatah, because the US doesn't like Hamas and will secretly funnel support to Fatah.

I really hope that both Fatah and Hamas won't go that far,but hypothetically if this happen I think Hamas would win...They are stronger financially & militarily...
