If by "bad," you mean "quality," then that is subjective and up to the opinion of the hearer.
If by "bad," you mean "morally," then the answer must be "no."
Questions like this often come from kids of frustrated parents, who perceive that the airwaves are saturated with music containing lyrics that advocate drugs, violence, and mindless sex. In addition, nothing like having some low-rider pull up next to you thumping his bass so loud it resets your pacemaker.
However, the Bible clearly advocates (commands actually) the use of music, in "making a joyful noise unto the Lord" and singing psalms and hymns to God and to encourage each other.
Just like with any freedom we have, "With great power comes great responsibility." So the answer is an unequivocal "no."

songs are a form of artistic expression, and trying to communicate important topics to humans
thus, songs aren't bad, unless they do things that don't match the above definition.

all of em are bad
its lyk dis
for sum ppl one song sounds gud
but 4 d others it sounds bad
the same follows for evry song dat comes
a few ppl think its gud and a few think its a waste of tym
so practically alll songs are bad t someone or the other!!

Yes.
Especially nursery songs... "Twinkle, Twinkle", "The Alphabet Song", and "C is for Cookie".
Don't even get me started on "The Wheels on the Bus"!!

nope. most of them are good. som of them suck. for example that paris hilton song is a load of crap.
