It depends what you want to be famous for and how long you want to be famous for. You could just go on a reality tv show, but then people would use you to make themselves feel better, judge you harshly, and forget about you after 15 minutes. You would then have to get hideous plastic surgery and marry a Z-lister to try and get publicity, or go into porn.

It requires dedication those people in american idol didnt quit because of the 14hour line you have to really try most people were either born into fame or fought for it by moving to holywood or not giving up

go in to acting and let your personality flow the directors will love you but try for small parts if you can't get the big parts. And be confident.
