All the computer's have the internet.I am hoping to be able to get someone on one computer being able talking to antother computer online or ofline what is the best programme ,messenger or anything else that would do that.

Try Skype it is free and you can see who is online + where they are. They also have a very cheap telephone rate that you can use when calling normal phone numbers - if you call other skype users then it is free you can also do a conference skype call and chat to your friends on line My kids though use MSN Messenger - but I don't like it as much

Definately Skype. Beats something like MSN into a pile of shite (oops, already that).

Best bit is conference calls - multiple people all in on the same conversation. Very useful for online gaming, for the BF seroes, for example.

I haven't used Skype but I use MSN Messenger. I can talk with anyone with a microphone or in plain text.

I agree, SKype rules! You can call anyone else on skype for as long as you like and if you have Skype credits, you can call land lines! I even use it for work!
