Lady's Please Help...?

I have this awful itch and there's no discharge...so it's not a yeast infection then what is it? Should I go to the doctor?

you can have an itch with out discharge and it still be a yeast infection I've been there. try using an over the counter yeast infection medication and a vaginal cream for 3-7days and if it doesn't go away call your OB. Also try eating lots of yogurt. The enzymes in the yogurt help fight agents yeast infections. After having 3 infection my self I started eating a yogurt a day and have been yeast free ever since. Sort of like an apple a day keeps the doctor away thing.
