I somwhat believe in astrology because the three kings used it to discover the birth of Jesus.

I do. :) Mostly because I think it's a great guide to understanding how people work. While it's a great tool, it's not the be all end all. Horoscopes in newspapers or websites based only on the sun sign tend to be bunk, so it's usually a good idea to find out what your other signs are. People are complex and full of variety, and I don't think trying to understand them is a bad thing. Each person has their own way of figuring things out, and to some people, astrology can be a great guide.
Astrology, I think, tends to dictate how something *might* be (or lean towards), not so much as how they are *going* to be. I guess I don't see anything wrong in believing that a person born at a certain time of the year, might lead to certain personality traits. Again, it's more of a guide to *understand* than to 'predict' the future. It's more about the possibilities than anything else. And I love me them possibilities. :)

No I don't. I read my horoscope and I'm supposed to believe that the billions of people born in that time frame are going to: find love, get the perfect job, settle a conflict..blah..blah.. just because the planet Mars is in the right something or other. For the person above me, the Three Wise Men used astronomy!

I agree with Debra D. It's hard to believe that 1/12 of the world's population is going to have the exact same day as me.
Worse than the newspaper horoscope is the COSMO horoscope. As a man, I really doubt that my period is going to be worse this month.
It's all a bunch of hooey. I place all my trust in fortune cookies ;)

I don't believe in the day to day horoscopes but I do think that people tend to be like their sun sign.

seems interesting how if one of those stars could lose its orbit and come towards earth, our whole civilization may dissappear and not even the largest nukes, money and wealth would separate people from uniting and forgetting so many stupid ideals
