Gradual weight loss is safer. Don't do anything dangerous or foolish. I've learned the hard way that those behaviors can lead to lifelong eating disorders. No fun. Love yourself as you are now, and respect your body and self as you lose weight gradually and in a healthy fashion.

Try cabbage soap diet
limit the types of food you eat no Dairy products
no alcohol
no sugar or soft drinks only water
Eat cabbage soap the more the better
Raw carrots or apples first two days

A couple of banarnas on day three

Potato day four

A steak day five if you last this long.

Take a lot of exercise two hours a day

By day six you will be weak but will have shed lbs

All you have to do is try taking raw juice like orange,lime,tangeline,
grape,water melon,first thing in the morning as your breakfast then proteinous food by the day and lastly lots of exercise will help you burn the fat in you. Dont forget to take plenty of water it helps in the digestive organs so you dont look too dry.
I did it for myself and it really worked for me.
