where can i buy a blue dumbo rat?

i live in winchester, england and would prefer it to be on the hampshire area if possible.

Both Blue and Dumbo varieties of rat are mutations, and are usually inbred to achieve the variations.This means that they are more susceptible to illness (particularly ear disease in the case of dumbos) and things going wrong. of course you could be lucky and get one that lives a long healthy life.

I had a blue rat - he was the best natured I've ever had, but he died quite early of a brain tumour. I wouldn't get a dumbo though.

I'm not saying don't get a blue dumbo, but think about whether you mind the possibility of it not lasting very long.
