I think whoever posted this question needs to be the Chief of Homeland Security. We need more brilliant people like this running our country. Of course they should be banned. But we ought to first assign a color coded threat level to them. I don't know about you but I am ranking them "almost orange" on the threat-o-meter. Imagine if one got into the hands of Osama Bin laden.... minty fresh breath is one thing, but that razor sharp point.... I am shuddering.

Only if they are the Starburst flavored ones...those should be outlawed all over! Only peppermint flavored are the "true" Candy Cane flavor!
