Italian is a very beautiful language for singing. Latin and English are nice to sing and listen to as well.
Any language with a lot of vowels sounds good. This is because we hold notes on the vowel parts of words when we sing.

Of course, I haven't heard every language sung. But, Spanish has a nice sound to it. The worst is French. Have you ever heard Maurice Chevalier sing.....yuk. And, I'm of French descent.

I am a vocalist and sing often and I prefer songs that are in French or Italian. German is hard and I don't like Latin, but it is essential to learn as many church/religious songs are in Latin. But overall...French or Italian would get my vote.
