The first step in solving any problem is defining exactly what the problem is!!!!


Keep in mind also that depending upon the problem there may be more than one solution.

Remember also all solutions are not necessarily equal , some may be better than others!!!

Admitting to yourself that you have a problem...but the first step doesn't worth...if you not continue with the other steps that help you to solve the problem.
