i don't think so...eBay has its rules and regulations, policies..members are urged to obey and those who does break the rules are not ignored...actions are taken against such members...despite this there are still people who break the rules and regulations on eBay and i believe they are on their own..eBay does not have to be blamed for their misbehaviors...for example if eBay does not at all bother about those who break the laws, then eBay have to be responsible...

Yes but they aren't and they protect their own ***. Read the terms and conditions. Someone hacked into my ebay account last year and tried to sell Long Horn tickets for three grand. The ad they placed on my page cost a few hundred dollars. They didn't make me pay but I had some things on there I was selling and the person who hacked into my account took ALL my ads down and they STILL made me pay for them.

YES. Ebay has gotten to big and thinks they can take advantage of everyone while leaving them free and clear to make profits. Its time to cut them down a notch or two.

THAT is the short explanation .

I think they should, I think they are a powerful company, and they are making money off things legit and non-legit. If they were held responsible I think they would scrutinize more closely and people who are trying to run a scam would be less likely to try to do anything illegal.
